Symptom #18 - A/C is always on or A/C compressor runs continuously

Description

• A/C compressor magnetic clutch does not disengage.

Possible Causes

• A/C pressure switch is stuck closed
• Short to ground circuit between A/C amplifier and ECU
• Short to ground circuit between A/C relay and ECU
• Wiring harness between A/C relay and magnetic clutch is shorted to battery power circuit
• Stuck engagement
• A/C relay is stuck closed
